Op zondag 12 september wordt in het centrum van Emmen het 8ste Internationale Shanty& Seasong Festival georganiseerd door de Stichting Shanty Cultuur Emmen en het piratenkoor De Stormvogels..
Het Zeeliederenfestival wordt gehouden op zaterdag 18 en zondag 19 september 2010 in het buitenmuseum van het Zuiderzeemuseum in Enkhuizen, een toplocatie voor een Zeeliederenfestival.
